A little help
getting started.
Questions about Replynora? Email info@replynora.com. This address is for the app; shoppers should use the customer service contact set by their store.
Set up your assistant
- Open Replynora in Shopify and choose a plan.
- Sync your eligible published products. Review the sync result.
- Add and review your real shipping, returns and FAQ information, plus your store’s customer service address.
- Choose your greeting and tone under “Butikens röst”. Pick a palette or your own colour code under “Chattens utseende”, then save. Preview examples do not use AI replies.
- Test questions inside the app. Check product links and answers before activation.
- Enable the assistant in the app, then add Replynora in your theme editor’s app embeds and save.
- Open your storefront on desktop and mobile and send a test question.
The merchant dashboard currently uses Swedish. Follow the next-step guidance shown in the app.
Products or answers missing?
Check that your products are active and published to the Online Store, then sync again. The first version imports up to 250 eligible products and 100 variants per product. Stock, publication and catalogue limits can affect what the assistant can use.
If an answer is missing, review your store information rather than asking the AI to guess. If the chat is paused, check the app’s connection, activation and reply allowance.
Plans and extra replies
Plan selection and approval happen in Shopify. The trial includes 100 AI replies in total. Extra replies are off by default and require an approved spending cap. Manage your plan from the app’s subscription page.
