Replynora uses your products and reviewed store information as its source. When information is missing, it is designed to say so and point shoppers to your customer service contact.

You can review recent conversations in Shopify and improve the information behind the answers. AI can make mistakes, so testing and reviewing your content remain part of setup.

The first version answers store questions. It does not access customer orders, issue refunds or change store data through chat.

Extra replies are optional at $0.04 USD each, with a spending cap you approve. They are off by default. If your allowance runs out with extra replies off, new AI replies pause.

Plan approval and billing take place in Shopify. Plans are not available for public purchase yet. Shopify shows the applicable charges and trial terms before you approve.

Can I install Replynora now?

We are preparing the public Shopify app. Installation for new merchants will open after Shopify approves it. Contact us if you would like to hear about the launch.

Do I need an OpenAI account?

No. The AI connection is included in the service. You do not need your own API key.

What stores does the first version support?

The first version is built for Shopify Online Store themes that support app embeds. It imports up to 250 eligible published products, with up to 100 variants per product. Larger catalogues need further support and testing.

Which languages are supported?

The merchant dashboard and setup instructions are currently in Swedish. This website is in English. Additional interface languages are planned.

Can I customise the chat?

You can set the greeting, tone and your store’s support contact. Colour and appearance settings are planned for a later update.
